Craig E. Donnelly has been representing individuals, entrepreneurs and small businesses for well over a decade. He founded Donnelly Law LLC to bring experienced, personalized, results-oriented service to his clients. He has been licensed and/or admitted to practice in various states and federal courts across the country. Whether it is via trial, settlement, or alternative methods of dispute resolution, Craig has consistently achieved favorable results for his clients.
Craig represents clients in litigation matters arising from breach of contract, disputes over non-compete and non-solicitation provisions, misappropriation of trade secrets, employment/labor disputes, construction, general tort and injury matters, insurance coverage disputes, and various other matters. Craig also represents clients in general corporate matters including assisting and advising start-up companies with the incorporation process such as the drafting of limited liability company operating agreements and other contracts. Craig also serves as Of Counsel to Roberts McGivney Zagotta LLC, a corporate transactional firm in Chicago.
In his spare time, Craig enjoys golf, Chicago Bulls basketball, Chicago Blackhawks hockey, and spending time with family. He presently serves on the board of directors for the Illinois Spina Bifida Association. He is an active alumnus and volunteer for Sigma Pi Fraternity, International and has previously served on its national board of directors. He has also volunteered his time in the past as a middle school basketball coach.
Craig resides in the western suburbs of Chicago with his wife and two young boys.
